Block scam calls on an iPhone
Silence Unknown Callers sends numbers you don't know straight to voicemail.
Steps
- Open Settings → Apps → Phone (older iPhones: Settings → Phone).
- Tap Silence Unknown Callers and turn it on.
People in your Contacts will still ring through. Unknown callers go to voicemail, and you can listen and call back if it's genuine — using a number you find yourself.
Tip: add your doctor, pharmacy and family to Contacts so they always get through.
